Privacy Policy

To contact you and remind you to interact with the System or perform tasks associated with your use of the System, we may use and share your identifiable health information. By login into your MyDry30 account in the App and/or by accessing the native notification settings on your mobile device while using the App, you can modify the type and frequency of these reminders, as well as turn them off.

Unaffiliated service providers

In our organization, certain services are supplied by outside service providers. Accounting services, server hosting, email delivery, vendors, other business partners, and reputable companies in the sector that subcontract to us or to those of your employer as our corporate clients, where legal, are examples of third-party service providers. In order for our third-party service providers to carry out their duties, we might share your personally identifiable health information to them. We demand that suitable contracts or written agreements be in place that safeguard your identifiable health information in order to protect it.

Independent medical experts

With your express consent, we may disclose your personal health information to other healthcare providers you designate.

Danger to one’s health or safety

When a substantial threat to your health and safety, the health and safety of the general public, or the safety of another individual, exists, we may use and disclose your identifiable health information. However, any revelation would only be made to a person who could aid in neutralizing the threat.

According to the law

For example, law enforcement, health oversight, and public health initiatives are all examples of uses and disclosures of identifiable health information that are permitted or mandated by specific laws. In these situations, MyDry30 will only make use of or share your personally identifiable medical information as required by law.

For the purpose of research and publicity

De-identified health data may be used for both internal and external research projects as well as public relations efforts. In the context of disseminating public health information and carrying out scholarly research, this may entail publishing aggregate data on our users. We occasionally reserve the right to withhold certain waivers and permissions from you before disclosing such material.

Analytics

We use a variety of third-party services to track user behavior by monitoring and analyzing web traffic, including the following:

Google Analytics’s privacy statement – To better understand traffic (paid, organic, and organically generated) to and from our website and apps, we use Google Analytics.

We use Facebook Analytics (privacy policy) to better understand the traffic that originates from our Facebook page and/or Facebook ads.

We use Amplitude to analyze user behavior on our website and in our apps (privacy policy).

Transfer of corporate property

If we ever sell or buy any assets or businesses, we may reveal your personal information to the potential buyer or seller of those businesses or assets. Personal information maintained by MyDry30 concerning its clients will be one of the transferred assets if MyDry30 or substantially all of its assets are bought by a third party. In cases of onward transfers to third parties, MyDry30 will maintain responsibility and make sure that any information sent to them is only used in a manner consistent with our privacy guidelines.

4. How is your data stored by us?

We keep all of your personal data on safe servers. We may occasionally save certain data on your device in order to provide a quick user experience.

You are in charge of maintaining the confidentiality of any password you choose to access particular areas of our App. Please don’t divulge the password to anyone.

Information from credit or debit cards is not kept on file by us. The third party payment processor used to handle payments complies completely with Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security requirements. Using SSL technology, all payment transactions are encrypted.

After receiving your information through the app or website, we will endeavor to prevent unauthorized access by following stringent protocols and using security features. We will do all within our power to protect your data and treat it securely in compliance with this privacy statement. Additionally, we have protocols in place to handle any suspected breach of data security. If we are required by law to do so, we shall alert you and any relevant regulator of a suspected data security breach. On safe servers in the US that are owned and run by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), we keep the information you give us in encrypted form. GCP is a leader in the market and prioritizes security when providing hosting services.
