Who doesn’t love a mojito? It’s simple, refreshing, and just hits the spot. This lime version is a classic, but here’s the best part—you can swap the lime for any fruit you’re craving! Mango, strawberries, peach, passion fruit… the choice is yours.
- 1 lime (or fruit of preference)
- 30 ml (1 oz) of simple syrup (grab your preferred sweetener and we’ll show you how to make it)
- 10 mint leaves (or more if you like it extra minty)
- Crushed ice
- 120-150 ml (4-6 oz) of sparkling water or club soda (citrus-flavored is our favorite, but feel free to get creative!)
Make the syrup: Mix 1 part sweetener (sugar, honey, agave—whatever you like) with 1 part water. Stir it up until the sweetener fully dissolves, as this will help it mix better with the drink. If you want it to be even sweeter, you can do 2 parts sweetener to 1 part water—but remember, some sparkling waters and sodas are already sweet, so be careful.
Tip: Make a bigger batch and store it in the fridge. It keeps for up to a month and is perfect for other mocktails!
Prepare the base: Cut the lime into wedges (or chop the fruit you chose) and add them to a wide glass. Tear the mint leaves into smaller pieces to release the flavor and add them in too. Muddle everything gently.
Add the syrup: Pour in the syrup and mix it all together.
Ice it: Fill the glass with the crushed ice until it reaches the top.
Top it off: Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water or soda and stir well.
Garnish it (optional): Add a mint sprig or a slice of lime (or another fruit) on top to make it look extra nice.
And there you have it: a super-refreshing Virgin Mojito that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion. Cheers!
With its vibrant layers of orange and red, this drink doesn’t just look like a tropical sunrise—it tastes like one too. Perfect for sipping on a sunny afternoon or adding a bit of flair to your next gathering. It’s super easy to make, and there’s no tequila required!
- Alcohol-free sparkling wine or alternatives: a citrus flavored soda water, sugar free lemonade or diet ginger ale can be used in place of the non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
- Orange juice (without pulp)
- Half a teaspoon of grenadine
– 4 oz (120 ml) of orange juice (use fresh oj for a richer flavor, but it’s better if you avoid the pulp)
– 0.5 oz (15 ml) of grenadine (more could make it too sweet, and less could not be enough)
– 2 oz (60 ml) of soda water
– 1 cup of ice cubes
– 1 orange slice to garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour the orange juice over the ice.
Slowly add the soda water.
Carefully pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass to create the ‘sunrise’ effect. Pour the grenadine syrup slowly and avoid stirring the drink to maintain the color gradient.
Garnish with an orange slice.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) simple syrup (grab your preferred sweetener and we’ll show you how to
make it)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Add it all: Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a few ice cubes to a blender.
Blend it up: Blend everything until it has that desired slushy texture.
Pour and chill: Pour the mixture into a glass (you can pre-chill it in the fridge for extra refreshment).
Garnish (optional): Add a pineapple wedge to the rim of the glass—it’s simple but makes it feel extra special!
And there you have it: a fruity Virgin Daiquiri that’s perfect for sunny days, parties, or just treating yourself. Cheers!
