Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for MyDry30 Coaching Sessions

At MyDry30, we value both our users’ commitment to their personal development and our coaches’ time and dedication. To maintain a balanced and fair approach, please carefully review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling coaching sessions.

Cancellations

1. Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before the Session
  • Policy: You will receive a refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please note that Stripe transaction fees and taxes are non-refundable.
    • Example: If your session is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday, you must cancel by 3:00 PM on Wednesday to be eligible for a refund.
  • Process: To cancel, go to the “Booked Meetings” section of the MyDry30 app, select the relevant session, and click “Cancel Meeting”
  • Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Session
  • Policy: If you cancel within 24 to 4 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund, excluding Stripe fees and taxes.
    • Example: If your session is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday and you cancel at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, you will receive a 50% refund, excluding Stripe fees and taxes.
  • Process: To cancel, go to the “Booked Meetings” section of the MyDry30 app, select the relevant session, and click “Cancel Meeting”
  • Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
3. No-Shows or Cancellations Less Than 4 Hours Before the Session
  • Policy: You will not receive a refund if you do not attend the session and do not cancel at least 4 hours in advance.
    • Example: If you have a session scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday and do not attend without canceling at least 4 hours beforehand, no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours Before the Session
  • Policy: No fee is charged if you reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    • Example: If your session is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday, you must reschedule by 3:00 PM on Wednesday to avoid fees.
  • Process: To reschedule, go to the “Booked Meetings” section of the MyDry30 app, select the relevant session, and click “Reschedule Meeting.”
  • New Booking: Choose a new date and time for your session. Ensure the new session date is available and confirm the rescheduling.
2. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of the Session
  • Policy: Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session is not allowed. The “Reschedule Meeting” button will be disabled 24 hours before the session start time. 

Button Availability Rules

  • “Reschedule Meeting” button will be available only up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is not possible within 24 hours to prevent last-minute changes. (Once the 24-hour window begins, “Reschedule Meeting” button will become disabled).
  • “Cancel Meeting” button will remain available up to the session start time. However, if canceled within 24 hours, you will only receive a 50% refund, excluding fees and taxes (Within 24 hours, “Cancel Meeting” button will remain active but adjusted refund policy will be applied).

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  1. Open the MyDry30 App:
    • Navigate to the “Coaching” section and select “Booked Meetings.”
  2. Select Your Session:
    • Choose session you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  3. Follow the On-Screen Instructions:
    • Click “Cancel Meeting” or “Reschedule Meeting,” depending on your need.
  4. Confirm Your Action:
    • Follow the prompts to finalize your cancellation or rescheduling.
